Life Update: Here’s What Happened When I Tried Lagos Street Food

Hello there, it’s been a hot minute. I know. I’ve been super busy with work and life but y’all know that no matter where life takes me, or whatever happens, I’ll always be here to keep y’all updated, informed and entertained.

So here’s the latest life update….

I started my own YouTube channel, guys. I mean, after years of self doubt and procrastination, I finally picked up my camera and recorded my very first video on the platform. And not only have I published it, I’m so inspired to record more and keep sharing same.

YouTube is one of the things I’ve always loved but until late last year, I thought I would never be able to do. You see, I’ve always dreaded being in front of the camera. I thought I would mess the shit out of myself. If you know me, you know I struggle with pronunciation sometimes, plus my voice sounds so ridiculously off lol. But this year, 2021, I’ve decided to go hard, over and beyond on all of my dreams.

So, I’m here to tell you that for my first video, I did mess the shit out of myself (if I’d say so myself) and my voice was something else, really lol. And it will prolly never change but I’m here for it. For all the messy shits, wrong pronunciation (with my deep Urhobo accent lol) and ridiculously off voice.

Side Note: To tell y’all how serious I am about YouTube, I used all my savings to buy a digital camera from Amazon and it will arrive in a few. I’ve also  budgeted a part of my next pays for YouTube equipment, as well as a trip to mark my upcoming birthday and new life journey. Don’t worry, I’ll be here to tell you all about it.

Now, let’s talk about my first YouTube video….

I decided to try out Lagos street food, as well as visit the Ikeja City Mall, and you need to watch the video to see how it goes. Please watch🙏🏿
